from 2005-2006 Carpe Librum V closes after a successful sale! Our fifth annual fundraising booksale, Carpe Librum, officially closed its doors on May 22nd after five successful weeks at 900 7th Street NW, and three days of sales at George Washington University and Georgetown University. After collecting over 60,000 books (generously donated by over 200 local businesses and organizations), the three sales combined grossed $45,000 for TTP's programs. Thank you to all who participated as book drive hosts and visited our sales! Carpe Librum will be back again next spring! Librum 2004: Used Book Sale Fundraiser a Huge Success! Carpe Librum took place from April 19 through May 1 at several locations around D.C.
